Man time passes quickly nowadays. Yes, the overhaul is already overdue. I have, however, noticed that the role of homepages has changed quite a bit since... Well, the beginning of the decade when personal homepages were the hot shit. Nowadays that part is played by blogs and social networks such as Facebook or Myspace, and many services allow you to mod your pages to whatever. Of course nothing becomes as personal as your own pages, but what is a pretty homepage without content? Is there a point in merely mirroring the content on other sites? Then you have to update your homepage along with all those other sites...

So I dunno. Unless there's a real point to having my own homepage, such as showcasing work or... Well, I really can't think of another meaning for a homepage today. So maybe I won't have a homepage but will rather interlink existing image galleries, social networks and blogs. But then it'd be handy to have a portal to all of those. Or do I even want to interlink them? Do I want anyone to be able to find out everything about me? They can already do it with Google anyway... I'll just stop. Just know that I'm still not ready with my thesis, and until then nothing will get done about this.
